INVOICING
All advertising is invoiced monthly, in advance.
PAYMENT TERMS
Advertising is pre-paid.
DISCOUNT
Book and pay for 6 months consecutive advertising and receive a complimentary editorial. The editorial may be either written by our reporter, or be supplied. Maximum of 350 words with colour photo included.
DISTRIBUTION DATE
1st week of the month
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation must be received before the 20th of the month prior to publication.
ARTWORK
Artwork may be supplied in the specified format (as per below), or
our in-house designing service is available. basic ad design or design alterations @ $50 per hour.

PDF High Resolution or JPEG or TIFF
Prior to sending your artwork ensure that:
- Size of advertisement is exact;
- All text is converted to outlines;
- All files are supplied as CMYK;
- All images embedded in files are 300dpi at correct size; In PC format only.
Note: No responsibility will be taken for any problems resulting from incorrectly supplied files.
